Mali Lee

Born and raised in Fresno, I earned a double BA in Theatre Arts - Dance and Mass Communication and Journalism - Multimedia at Fresno State in 2019. My achievements include top 10 in the American College Dance Association’s Gala in 2017 with Fresno State’s Contemporary Dance Ensemble and an instructional module on Complying with Pesticide Laws and Regulations in California, a collaboration between the University of California Cooperative Extension and Fresno State, with support from California DPR. Spending time together with family is important. We can’t predict when we will ever get to meet again, but a birthday missed or a holiday missed is another moment to grow together missed. Alyda turned 3 in June of this year. My grandpa, Tong Seng Lee, passed away in 2017. He was a catalyst to bringing my family closer, an important figure who many respected. His presence will be missed in Alyda’s future birthday as well as ours.
